Partner Programme Terms

1 · How referrals are tracked

• You receive a personal referral link (and QR code). When someone opens it, their browser remembers your code for 90 days.
• Attribution is first touch: the first partner who refers a customer keeps that customer permanently. A later click on another partner's link does not reassign them.
• The live security badge you place on sites carries your code — visitors who click it count as your referrals under the same rules.

2 · Commissions

• You earn the commission rate stated in your welcome email on every purchase made by customers you referred — not just their first.
• Commission accrues automatically at the time of each sale, at the rate in force at that time. Rate changes are notified to you and apply to future sales only.
• Some partners additionally receive Broid credits per sale; if so, this is stated in your welcome email.

3 · Payouts

• Balances are paid monthly, once your balance reaches US$25. Smaller balances roll over — they are never forfeited.
• New commission is held for 30 days before it becomes payable, to cover the refund window. If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed.
• Payouts are made by bank transfer or PayPal to the details you provide. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

4 · Promoting Broid — what's allowed

• Recommend Broid honestly, in your own voice, to people who could use it. Place the badge on sites you build or manage (with the site owner's consent).
• Not allowed: self-referral (buying through your own link); spam in any form; bidding on "Broid" or our brand terms in search ads; misrepresenting Broid, its grades, or your relationship with us; anything that would embarrass an independent security brand.
• The badge always shows the real, current scan grade served by Broid. Do not imitate, modify, or fabricate it.
• Confidentiality: your partner dashboard shows details of the customers you referred, including their email addresses. This data is shared with you solely so you can verify your commission. Keep it confidential — do not contact these customers about other offers, share the data, or use it for any purpose outside the programme.

5 · The boring but important part

• We may suspend or end a partnership for breach of these terms; fraudulent commission is void. Either side can end the partnership at any time — earned, legitimate commission above the payout minimum is still paid out.
• We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email and never apply retroactively to commission already earned.
• These terms sit alongside our general Terms & Privacy.
